Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a hands-on configuration expert for Workday Advanced Compensation, designing salary, bonus, and equity plans.
- Own end-to-end execution of Annual Salary Review processes, including compensation statements and reporting.
- Manage Workday Help support queue as Tier 2 support and develop training materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or related field with 5+ years in compensation, HRIS, or IT.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules required.
- Strong understanding of compensation processes like merit increases, bonuses, and salary structures.
