Job Description
Efficiency & Compliance:
- Ensure efficiency and compliance in the full procurement process.
- Develop and enforce procurement policies balancing agility, control, and accountability.
- Oversee vendor onboarding, compliance tracking, and contract renewals in collaboration with Legal, Finance, and IT teams.
Financial & Strategic:
- Partner with department heads to plan and execute purchases in line with budgets and forecasts.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by maintaining accurate spend data.
- Monitor company-wide spend and vendor performance, providing actionable insights and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Continuous Improvement & Collaboration:
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement systems and workflows to support organizational scalability.
- Optimize integration with finance systems to ensure accurate data flow and reporting.
- Collaborate with IT to manage enterprise software vendors, coordinate renewals, and maintain licensing compliance.
