Role Overview:
- Lead and mentor a team of NOC technicians on your shift, acting as the senior technical escalation point.
- Serve as Incident Commander for medium to high-severity incidents, owning the full lifecycle from detection to resolution.
- Ensure uptime of modular, edge, and distributed data center infrastructure including power, cooling, and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive shift handovers, prioritization, and operational decision-making with cross-functional collaboration.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and reduce MTTR.
- Monitor and troubleshoot physical infrastructure using DCIM/BMS platforms and networking tools.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary range of $125,840 - $157,300 USD based on location, plus equity.
