Job Description
Support Solution Leads by assisting with Salesforce opportunity maintenance, client communications, and coordination. Partner with Commercial Operations to ensure SOWs/change request paperwork are completed and opportunities reflect correct key data for accurate forecasting. Contribute to forecasting by flagging delivery risks and resource constraints. Contribute to statements of work (SOWs) and change requests by supporting the scoping of service delivery and budget buildups. Manage documents through internal approval and client reviews. Create and maintain delivery-side templates and scoping tools, assessing pricing accuracy. Collaborate with bid teams on proposal creation and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Participate in Delivery Operations team projects as needed.
