Job Description

Lead Generation Focus:

  • Generate interest by contacting new healthcare clients.
  • Participate in discovery meetings with RRD Sales Executives.
  • Ability to generate a high-value sales pipeline for healthcare accounts.

Sales and Communication:

  • Transition leads to account executives following the initial discovery meeting.
  • Confidently implement cold calling techniques to make contact with new clients.
  • Communicate effectively with new clients to further qualify them.

Required Skills:

  • Must be goal-oriented, persuasive, self-motivated, and an independent worker.
  • Must have strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
