Inside Sales Representative (B2B)

As an Inside Sales Representative - Business Sales, you will be in an inside tele-sales function targeting prospective customers within the TDS footprint to sell TDS products and services to business customers as well as schedule appointments for the TDS sales force. This typically involves cold calling new business clients. Developing sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, and preparing quotes. You will create and maintain the prospect database which will outline key contacts, competitive contract terms, and other necessary data. The data will be used to design both present and future contact strategies, sales follow up to grow market share, as well as provide recommendations for follow up on strategic accounts to sales management. The ISR will maintain product knowledge for all business units (wireline and cable) and prospect in all markets.
