The Opportunity:

  • Own Inspectiv’s most strategic customer accounts, responsible for retention and expansion.
  • Act as the primary commercial owner of accounts, including renewals, pricing strategy, and expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure strong delivery, customer satisfaction, and alignment on account strategy.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute account plans for increased usage, retention, and expansion.
  • Lead executive business reviews and strategic conversations to align on outcomes, priorities, and future opportunities.
  • Coordinate internally across product, triage, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution and customer outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience managing and growing a portfolio of strategic accounts in a SaaS or services environment.
  • Ability to build relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders.
  • Comfort leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, account insights, and decision-making.
