The Opportunity:
- Own Inspectiv’s most strategic customer accounts, responsible for retention and expansion.
- Act as the primary commercial owner of accounts, including renewals, pricing strategy, and expansion opportunities.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure strong delivery, customer satisfaction, and alignment on account strategy.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute account plans for increased usage, retention, and expansion.
- Lead executive business reviews and strategic conversations to align on outcomes, priorities, and future opportunities.
- Coordinate internally across product, triage, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution and customer outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience managing and growing a portfolio of strategic accounts in a SaaS or services environment.
- Ability to build relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders.
- Comfort leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, account insights, and decision-making.
