Job Description

Support Xometry's growth and play an active role in the company's development in the DACH region. The main goal of this position is to look for new opportunities and build a solid, strong, and recurring pipeline. Develop repetitive and stable sales in specific industry/geography by establishing and maintaining contact with customers, including market leaders and smaller players. Using best practices in sales and account management, achieve individual sales targets with own acquired opportunities and assigned pools of customers. Acquire and hunt new buyers using calls and mailings to build a strong pipeline. Work with incoming leads, support them, and develop relations. Manage the sales cycle from initial customer contact to order receiving. Maintain customer contact at all stages of the project and be the primary contact point. Regularly reflect the sales process in the CRM system. The ideal candidate is an accomplished hunter adept at actively engaging new clients, reaching and exceeding sales targets, and enjoying sales activities. Must have a strong customer focus and a successful sales track record in industries such as rapid prototyping, engineering, robotics, automation, and 3D printing.
