Key Responsibilities:
- Design, administer, and support enterprise remote application platforms.
- Manage RDS farms, session hosts, brokers, gateways, and licensing servers.
- Lead platform upgrades, migrations, and architecture enhancements.
Security & Access Controls:
- Collaborate with security teams to implement secure remote access controls and baselines.
- Manage SSL certificates, secure gateway configurations, and encryption settings.
- Apply Group Policy, hardening standards, and configuration baselines for session hosts.
Troubleshooting & Advanced Support:
- Diagnose and resolve complex session, profile, and application delivery issues.
- Manage user profiles and application settings.
- Serve as an escalation point for remote access and virtual application issues.
