About the Role:

  • Drive long-term customer outcomes as primary technical owner across Veeam Data Platform.
  • Lead onboarding, adoption, and optimization; identify churn risk and upsell opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Configure accounts, customize backup policies, and facilitate onboarding.
  • Identify migration opportunities, conduct success planning, and align business outcomes.
  • Run recovery simulations, apply DRMM, and deliver quarterly resilience reports.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years in customer-facing engineering roles focused on data backup and recovery.
  • Advanced English and Spanish; hands-on expertise in OS, virtualization, storage, scripting, cloud, and DR&R.
  • VMCE certification required; AWS/Azure certifications preferred.
