About the Role:

  • Lead a team of Customer Success Engineers to drive measurable customer outcomes for Veeam Data Platform.
  • Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution leadership to ensure customers realize value.

What You'll Do:

  • Coach and develop a team to deliver consistent, high-quality customer outcomes.
  • Establish standards for success plans, health checks, quarterly business reviews, and executive communication.

What You'll Bring:

  • Eight or more years of customer-facing technical experience in enterprise IT, SaaS, data protection, or related fields.
  • Three or more years of people leadership experience managing technical professionals.
  • Strong understanding of Veeam solutions or comparable data protection and cyber resilience technologies.
