What you’ll do:
- Lead all post-sales activities for Vanta's enterprise customers, guiding them through onboarding, implementation, product adoption, and value-driven renewals.
- Partner with Account Managers to drive renewal and expansion opportunities within your book of business.
- Become a product expert on Vanta's platform and guide implementation of Trust Management Platform.
How to be successful:
- Reside within the Central or East regions of the US and have 8+ years of Customer Success experience with enterprise SaaS customers.
- Possess strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills, with ability to build trusted relationships with C-level executives.
- Be a self-starter, nimble in shifting priorities, and open to using AI to amplify your work.
