What you’ll do:

  • Lead all post-sales activities for Vanta's enterprise customers, guiding them through onboarding, implementation, product adoption, and value-driven renewals.
  • Partner with Account Managers to drive renewal and expansion opportunities within your book of business.
  • Become a product expert on Vanta's platform and guide implementation of Trust Management Platform.

How to be successful:

  • Reside within the Central or East regions of the US and have 8+ years of Customer Success experience with enterprise SaaS customers.
  • Possess strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills, with ability to build trusted relationships with C-level executives.
  • Be a self-starter, nimble in shifting priorities, and open to using AI to amplify your work.
