About the Role:

  • Act as a force multiplier for a high-performing Customer Success team while balancing people leadership and strategic oversight.
  • Coach the team to master complex enterprise renewals, mitigate churn, and help clients maximize value from the AI GRC platform.
  • Travel up to 50% to maintain customer relationships and support strategic account engagement.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead a team across the US and UK, conducting career development and performance management.
  • Own retention and expansion metrics, manage forecasts, and engage in proactive save activities for at-risk accounts.
  • Partner with Sales, Implementation, and Product to eliminate friction and deliver Executive Business Reviews.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years in customer success or enterprise client-facing roles within B2B SaaS, plus 2+ years of formal people management.
  • Experience with configurable SaaS platforms in risk, compliance, or security contexts.
  • Strong stakeholder navigation skills and deep enterprise focus.
