Responsibilities:
- Manage and work on legal, regulatory, and product issues related to mortgage/HELOC financial products.
- Provide advice on debt collection, privacy, consumer credit compliance, lending, and solar financing.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the company.
Qualifications:
- JD degree from an accredited law school.
- Experience advising mortgage lenders, financial institutions, or fintechs on consumer credit lending issues.
- Strong communication, judgment, and ability to manage heavy workload.
Compensation:
- $150,000 - $200,000 per year.
