About The Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies expansion opportunities, drives cross-sell through deeper agent usage.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels of an organization.
  • Guide customers through best practices for deploying and scaling agents.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products.
  • Proven experience driving revenue outcomes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills to address customer needs and concerns.
