Responsibilities:

  • Compensation design & administration: Build and maintain models for OTE, accelerators, and SPIFs to align rep behavior with revenue targets.
  • Quota & headcount planning: Own quota-setting methodology, run scenario modeling, and maintain rolling headcount forecasts tied to annual planning.
  • Performance & systems: Lead month-end reporting, audit controls, and partner with IT to automate tasks in Salesforce and compensation tools.

AI & Partnerships:

  • AI-enabled productivity: Develop agentic workflows to compress cycle times for modeling and analysis, setting a standard for AI-native operations.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Translate technical models into clear recommendations and build trusted relationships with Revenue, Finance, and People teams.
  • Executive communication: Present findings and strategies directly to the CEO and executive team to drive decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Finance within a SaaS or high-growth environment.
  • Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for modeling, SQL fluency, and hands-on experience with Salesforce and compensation platforms.
  • AI mindset: Proven track record of rebuilding workflows with AI tools to eliminate manual work and enhance accuracy and efficiency in analyses.
