Job Description

Team Leadership:

  • Guide the team in alignment with department initiatives.
  • Make informed decisions and manage team performance effectively.
  • Mentor and coach Customer Care Advisors for success.

Customer Focus:

  • Focus on customer needs with a deep understanding of products and services.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment adapting to ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Build and maintain vendor and enterprise partnerships.

Operational Excellence:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor key operational processes, conduct business testing, and participate in audits.
  • Analyze team performance, identify trends, and provide feedback.
