Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified veterinary professionals.
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth candidate handoffs.
- Leverage data to provide insights that inform recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of sourcing experience in veterinary medicine.
- Experience with Greenhouse is preferred.
- Proficient in using sourcing tools and platforms.
Schedule:
- Fully remote
- 30 to 35 hours a week
- Normal business hours, adaptive to the business needs
