What you will do:

• Support both English and Spanish speaking customers by delivering clear, professional, and empathetic communication across warm inbound leads
• Seamlessly switch between English and Spanish while maintaining a high-quality customer experience and strong sales performance
• Build genuine trust and rapport with pet parents by utilizing a consultative approach.

Experience you have:

• Professional fluency in both Spanish and English, including verbal and written communication is required
• 2+ years of successful sales experience in a high-volume business-to-customer sales or inbound call center environment is essential
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
