Provide advanced technical support to diverse audiences, including IT professionals, developers, architects, and executive management. Take ownership of the customer support experience by collaborating with teams and implementing troubleshooting best practices. Drive customer success and instill confidence in the Azure platform. Offer best practice recommendations across the entire range of Azure resources based on customer solutions. Clearly articulate recommendations in both written and spoken form to technical and leadership audiences. Navigate complex and strategic customer events, understanding their requirements and needs.
