Job Description
Sourcing and Candidate Management:
-Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans using job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships with educational institutions.
-Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit; provide feedback to managers.
-Promote employer brand to attract top talent and enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
-Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions, define role requirements, and provide recruitment guidance.
-Extend offers, negotiate compensation within budget and internal equity guidelines, and ensure smooth onboarding.
-Provide mentorship and guidance to other team members as needed.
Recruitment Operations and Metrics:
-Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for exempt-level positions, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
-Track recruitment metrics (Time to Fill, Time to Hire, Conversion, Source Channel Performance) and report insights.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
