About the Role:
- Train dealership clients remotely on accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliation within the DMS.
- Collaborate with the onsite/virtual go-live trainer for a consistent experience.
Responsibilities:
- Guide dealers through go-live week, including balances, mapping, and close procedures.
- Cover accounts payable and receivable workflows, plus system audits and month-end close.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years accounting or bookkeeping experience, ideally in a dealership.
- Hands-on DMS experience and strong communication skills required.
Remote Work:
- Fully remote role with travel for annual team meeting.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
