What You Will Be Doing:
- Coordinate and facilitate training curriculum and schedules for new hires.
- Develop and implement ongoing training programs to support skill development.
- Evaluate team members' knowledge and tailor training to enhance performance.
What We Are Looking For:
- 4+ years of full Accounts Receivable cycle or collection experience.
- Proficiency in D365, MS Teams, Salesforce, and Excel.
- Strong communication, de-escalation, and negotiation skills.
