Accounts Receivable Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable operations including tenant charges, cash receipts, adjustments, and reporting.
• Lead, coach, and develop the AR team to support accurate work and professional growth.
• Oversee team workload, deadlines, and process consistency across multiple properties.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of accounts receivable experience, preferably in commercial real estate.
• 3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of MRI, Yardi, or similar property accounting systems.

• Accounts receivable work is completed accurately, consistently, and on time.
• Tenant records and delinquency reporting are current and well-supported.
