Your Day-to-Day:
- Lead efforts to optimize on-site accounting, delinquency, and collection duties for multiple communities.
- Partner with onsite property management to manage resident accounts and ledgers.
- Ensure proper handling of evictions, abandoned units, and security deposit dispositions.
Your Qualifications:
- At least three years in property management, multifamily preferred.
- At least two years in customer service/sales and accounts receivable/payables.
- Experience with YARDI strongly preferred and excellent communication skills.
