About the Role:
- Lead FP&A for GitLab's R&D organization, partnering with the CTO on planning and investment decisions.
- Shape the long-range plan and connect R&D spend to product outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
- Own annual planning, rolling forecasts, and operating plans for R&D headcount, cloud, AI/LLM costs, and tooling.
- Define R&D efficiency metrics and lead the AI transformation of FP&A processes.
What You’ll Bring:
- Extensive finance experience partnering with R&D leadership and leading analyst teams.
- Advanced financial modeling in Google Sheets, plus SQL, ERP, and data visualization expertise.
