Job Description
The Outside Salesperson is responsible for acquiring new members with full autonomy, primarily targeting Fortune 500 companies. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets, identifying and closing complex new business opportunities, and building strong, long-lasting executive-level customer relationships. The successful candidate will conduct in-depth needs assessments, present tailored solutions, negotiate large-scale sales agreements, and provide accurate sales forecasts. This position requires extensive travel to client sites and industry events.
