Senior Technical Recruiting Sourcer

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Recruitment Sourcer to focus on sourcing exceptional Engineering and Product talent. This role involves partnering with talent teams and leaders to build diverse pipelines for critical technical roles. The sourcer will own sourcing strategy and execution for engineering and product positions, ranging from Backend to Product Managers, and engage passive candidates using various techniques. They will also craft tailored outreach messaging, maintain proactive pipelines, and provide market updates. The ideal candidate will effectively navigate ambiguity and communicate well across time zones in a remote-first, global environment.
