Responsibilities:
- Manage open roles end-to-end, from job posting through offer.
- Promote roles and manage candidate flow within Greenhouse.
- Proactively source candidates for hard-to-fill roles like Public Adjusters and director-level positions.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
- Demonstrated success headhunting with cold emailing and cold calling.
- Experience using Greenhouse or similar ATS.
