Job Description
As an SDR you will prospect to create new business through cold calling, email outreach, and social media. You'll assess potential clientβs needs and provide information about our services, conduct thorough market research to identify new market trends, customer demands, and competitive strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintaining accurate records of all leads generated with detailed notes in our CRM system is also a crucial function.
