- Lead a small enablement team and run live training, role-plays, and coaching rhythms.
Who You Are:
- A hands-on enablement builder with 7+ years in SaaS enablement or L&D and 3+ years leading teams.
- Skilled in instructional design, facilitation, and using QA data to drive repeatable performance.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience building SOP libraries, onboarding programs, QA frameworks, and certifications from scratch.
- Product fluency and comfort with LMS, QA tooling, CRM workflows, and customer success lifecycles.
