Analyze policy language, exclusions, and environmental liability provisions to take well-supported positions on complex coverage issues.
Build resolution strategies, direct defense and coverage counsel, and partner with underwriting and reinsurance.

What You Bring:

10+ years handling complex commercial casualty or environmental liability claims, including litigated matters.
Deep knowledge of coverage analysis and environmental liability, such as pollution legal liability, CERCLA, and remediation.
Proven negotiation record on high-exposure claims and experience directing counsel.
