Technical Implementation Consultant - Amanda & Grantium (Canada)

This Technical Implementation Consultant role is a key member of the Implementation Services (IS) team, helping government agencies create valued online services and enhance how they support their communities. As a Technical Implementation Consultant, expertise in the AMANDA and Grantium platform is essential for successful project rollouts across North America. You will work closely with the project management team to implement products and solutions requiring higher technical knowledge, and provide specifications for defining, managing, and delivering solutions. The role involves advocating for best practices, ensuring implementations meet client missions, and collaborating with technical stakeholders to deliver solutions, develop training documentation, and conduct system training. Security responsibilities include preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Granicus information assets and maintaining a Secret-level security clearance through the Government of Canada.
