Job Description
Following the successful launch of 1Password Extended Access Management and a surge in partner interest, they are expanding their channel efforts to meet growing demand. The Director, Channel Marketing will be accountable for building a high-impact channel marketing function that enables, co-markets with, and incentivizes distributors, resellers, and managed service providers (MSPs) to drive adoption of 1Password.
You will architect how 1Password engages, enables, and accelerates partner performance — from program design to execution. This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader who can define scalable partner programs, lead cross-functional alignment, and own the results. You’ll work closely with the GTM Partnerships team, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing to deliver impactful initiatives that drive partner-sourced pipeline and ARR.
