This role involves partnering closely within the FinHealth Group to enhance portfolio performance and implement changes rapidly. A key aspect of the role is to cultivate a risk-aware culture focused on efficiency and accuracy, where the customer experience and regulatory compliance are paramount. The successful candidate will impact the evolution of Monzoโs lending products, ensuring that customer needs are central to all operations. This includes identifying automation and efficiency opportunities and supporting Team Managers through regular 1:1s, feedback, and coaching. You will motivate multiple teams working on ongoing operational work and facilitate effective communication. Youโll support UK and South Africa teams deliver quality outcomes to Fin Health Customers.
