About the Role:

- Perform benefit checks, escalate issues, and troubleshoot app or device problems proactively.
- Document all interactions precisely so teammates can follow up without confusion.
- Identify recurring issues and flag them to leadership with context.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in healthcare billing, insurance support, or patient-facing roles.
- Strong technical skills to navigate multiple systems while documenting in real time.
- Deep familiarity with insurance terminology, CPT codes, and HIPAA compliance.
