About the Role:
- Lead the enterprise and technology risk management program in a fully remote setting.
- Develop and oversee AI, machine learning, and generative AI governance across the organization.
- Report directly to the Chief Compliance Officer and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction for risk frameworks, methodologies, metrics, and executive reporting.
- Identify and monitor key technology and operational risks against approved risk appetite.
- Lead AI governance lifecycle including intake, risk classification, assessment, and monitoring.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of progressive experience in risk, audit, compliance, or security risk.
- 10+ years in banking, financial services, FinTech, or regulated technology environments.
- Strong knowledge of NIST, ISO, COSO, COBIT, and financial-services regulatory requirements.
