Regulatory & Product Counsel (Fully Remote)

Regulatory Monitoring & Analysis:

• Track and analyze laws impacting the platform (FCRA, TCPA, Fair Housing, consumer protection, FTC/marketing, data privacy).
• Identify risks and deliver clear, decision-ready guidance.
• Perform audits of developing and existing federal and state-level regulatory requirements.

Business Partnership:

• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to support real-time decision-making.
• Translate legal requirements into practical, actionable recommendations.
• Support responses to regulatory inquiries, audits, or enforcement matters.

Legal Intake & Triage:

• Serve as the first point of contact for legal and compliance questions.
• Triage and respond in real time, managing a high-volume request stream.
• Escalate higher-risk issues as needed.
