Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as a senior subject matter expert for lease administration setup within the accounting system.
- Review complex lease data and confirm system setup aligns with approved lease abstracts and best practices.
- Provide advanced guidance on lease setup, billing, recovery structures, and system questions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of lease administration or commercial real estate experience required.
- Advanced knowledge of Yardi Voyager and MRI software is required.
