Job Description
Core engineering and design of our Azure Endpoint Manager environment, Azure Intune MDM environment, Azure/Office 365 environment, and Unified Collaboration space (Microsoft Teams, Zoom). Proactively keep up to date with Azure Virtual Device updates and best practices. Must be proficient with Nerdio AVD Enterprise management. Refresh laptop/desktop and AVD images on regular bases. Work with other departments in the creation of AVD Desktops that fit their needs. Troubleshoot desktop and AVD issues that are escalated from the Service Desk Support team. Work assigned service tickets and keep up to date on Windows operating systems.
Ideal candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a technology related field, or 7+ years of experience and in depth knowledge of deploying, maintaining, and expanding Azure AVD and HCI.
