Senior Manager, Systems Engineering

About the Role:

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of systems engineers to build Vanta's critical internal systems.
• Own joiner, mover, and leaver automation end to end in Okta Workflows.
• Build and own device assurance across macOS and Windows.

What You'll Do:

• Lead a team of systems engineers and a tech lead, setting clear expectations and developing people.
• Own the identity, access, and connector infrastructure behind Vanta's AI stack.
• Partner with Security, GRC, Finance, and Engineering to enable self-service.

• A leader with a track record of raising the bar on an inherited team.
• Comfortable with inherited complexity and an enablement-first instinct.
• Experienced in identity, endpoint, ITSM, and procurement with technical depth.
