Vice President of Franchise Operations

Operational Leadership & Strategy:

• Set strategic direction aligned with Empower Brands' goals and establish operating policies.
• Provide direction for system-wide operational activities and evolve service offerings.

Franchisee Performance & Support:

• Lead a support team delivering proactive training, coaching, and mentoring to franchisees.
• Drive improvements in franchisee performance, unit growth, and profitability.

Financial Performance & Accountability:

• Own achievement of annual budget and EBITDA targets.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure alignment with goals through metrics and reporting.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team including Franchise Business Coaches.
• Build organizational capability to support continued system growth and foster a culture of accountability.
