Role Details:
- This is a remote role handling inbound calls and warm leads, with no cold calling required.
- Training is provided over 16-18 weeks, including paid licensing for Property & Casualty insurance.
- The schedule includes 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time, expected for at least 12 months.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of sales experience is preferred, with 2 years of sales/service-related work required.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills are needed to close sales.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills, along with PC proficiency, are essential.
