Manager, Business Analysis and Insights

Shape and support data-driven decision-making and deliver strategic insights across the organization. Being an integral part of the CFO organization, this role offers a unique opportunity to influence outcomes at the intersection of data analytics, strategy, and financial performance optimization. The ideal candidate will bring 5-8 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or strategy roles within direct-to-consumer (D2C) or tech-enabled companies, or consulting. Partner with the CFO and business decision makers to shape and operationalize the company’s strategic roadmap, quantifying and accelerating impact on growth, efficiency, and profitability. Work closely with Data Science, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to design KPI frameworks, performance dashboards, and implement our business intelligence roadmap aligned with enterprise priorities.
