Sales & Marketing Assistant (Property Management)

We are seeking a driven and resourceful Sales & Marketing Assistant to support a fast-paced real estate and property management business. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales, lead generation, and marketing/advertising, who is also confident on the phone and comfortable handling warm inbound leads. Key Responsibilities include qualifying 5–10 inbound warm leads daily through phone, email, or text, clearly explaining company services and pricing, setting appointments, handling client inquiries, using CRM systems to log leads, and assisting with advertising efforts such as listing promotions and social media outreach. Monitor local market trends to help optimize marketing strategies and messaging.
