Seeking an experienced and motivated Implementation Manager to join our team. You’ll be working directly with our biggest and most complex clients alongside a Success Manager. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and tailor the implementation to their specific requirements. You’ll continually refine Ontic best practices based on your internal and external experience.
Key Responsibilities Lead client onboarding and implementation processes, including conducting needs assessments, creating project plans, and directly configuring the software to ensure successful product adoption. Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, and support, to ensure client requirements are met and expectations are exceeded. Provide ongoing client support and training to ensure continued product adoption and satisfaction. Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, and proactively recommend solutions to enhance the client experience. Partner with Knowledge Management to develop and maintain internal and external training materials, including product guides, FAQs, and best practices. Ensure client data and information is accurate, up-to-date, and secure. Stay current on industry trends and technology advancements, and make recommendations for improvements to enhance the client experience.
