You will have responsibility and growth potential in helping us shape and build our young team. As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will manage the relationships with roughly 20 Enterprise customers. You’ll ensure your customer's developers love our product, remain happy customers and grow month over month. You'll also help our customers solve technical problems while driving key metrics.

As a Client & Partner Success Manager, you’ll provide high-touch, responsive, and strategic support to partners and ensure visibility of their priorities. You’ll act as the bridge between them and our internal teams, assuring clear communication, follow-through on deliverables, and long-term satisfaction.

As a highly-motivated senior IC, you will work with some of Runway’s biggest and most strategic partners, being central to our partners’ success in adopting Runway to transform the ways they create content. You will own and maintain strong relationships with top partners, understand their pain points, and develop a deep understanding of Runway's products to improve the product experience for our partners.
