The ideal candidate is a highly seasoned, motivated individual with proficiency in UKG software as well as the Papaya Global payroll platform processing payroll in US, Canada, UK, Germany, Portugal, Spain, and Colombia and other international regions. Lead global payroll transformation efforts, including automation and building for scale.
Lead, mentor, and develop teams responsible for procurement, travel, AP, payroll, and equity. Design and execute a scalable operating model for core accounting operations. Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational goals with company strategy. Oversee end-to-end processes and operations. Implement policies, controls, and systems to drive automation, workflow improvements, and optimization. Manage timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, T&E reports, and disbursements.
Serve as the Company’s technical accounting expert – proactively evaluate complex transactions and provide technical accounting guidance and recommendations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements. Research and prepare technical memos for complex transactions. Stay current on FASB and SEC pronouncements and interpret impact to the Company in partnership with internal partners and external auditors.
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of the Oracle Cloud Inventory module to support growth of the Company's new product lines. Perform other GL accounting functions as assigned. Ensure that SOX controls and reporting requirements of the Company are properly executed.
Seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Senior Payroll Accountant to join the Finance team. Responsible for managing the integrity of payroll data across multiple systems, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting internal and external compliance needs. You'll play a key role in payroll-related general ledger accounting and serve as a strategic partner across HR, Finance, and Compliance functions.
