The Collections Specialist is responsible for a portfolio of clients, ensuring that each client is contacted via phone and email and makes payment according to the contractual terms. In doing so, the Collections Specialist plays a key role in helping GTT to meet its cashflow targets. The Collections Specialist will also help to resolve disputes and drive stakeholder relationships across the business.

This position will work Pacific Time Zone hours, and successful candidates will be US based on the West Coast. Handle daily client information requests and fulfill ad-hoc requests. Support clients on multiple Private Equity funds within various industries. Manage investor expectations and ensure adherence to timelines of client’s deliverables. Assess operational effectiveness and make suggestions for process development.
