As a Credit Risk Analyst, you will help manage complex credit risks across a global client base, in a dynamic digital asset market environment. Working closely with risk professionals and product teams, your responsibilities will include underwriting counterparties, evaluating asset risks, monitoring and reporting exposures, and contributing to thought leadership to deliver lending solutions through existing and new products.

Lead the credit risk and fraud loss prevention functions within the Financial Risk organization, reporting directly to the CFO. Responsible for defining and executing a robust credit risk strategy, including for the Gemini credit card. Play a pivotal role in scaling the credit card offering deliberately and responsibly, balancing growth with risk mitigation.

Identify fraud and risk flags, making decisions every day to protect our customers and our business. A highly motivated individual with strong communication skills is needed, carry a sense of tact and empathy under pressure, and have a sixth sense for identifying problems while implementing and communicating solutions. Performing complex fraud investigations using a wide variety of data in order to accept, reject or refer transactions for further investigation.
